What Can You Learn from A Tree?

But when you look at a tree you see strength, solitude, and resilience. Think about all that a tree goes through in it’s life time. In some places they grow even under extreme circumstances. When torrential weather moves in many are uprooted and thrown across fields and streets. In some cases, they must endure harsh climates from torrential rain to very little rain or none at all. Yet, through all this they continue to grow to the heavens and touch the sky in ways many of us can only dream of.

Once they take hold with strong roots they become a force to reckon with, yet the sound of the wind gently blowing through their leaves can sound like a rushing river as the leaves flutter in the wind. If we could be more like trees we would have some wonderful traits to admire:

  • A strength in numbers
  • A strong foundation
  • A bounty of color
  • An unwavering shelter for many much smaller than ourselves
  • Flexibility
  • Resilience

A tree has a way of making us feel small yet, special to be a part of a world where so much strength and beauty abound.

They say you have to look through the forest to see the trees, I say all you have to do is simply look up to see a canopy of growth and success.

Much blessings,
