Downloadable Items
All purchases of digital products are final. We do not accept returns of digital or downloadable products.
Once you have purchased a digital or downloadable product such as a book or audio, we encourage you to download it promptly, if applicable, and access it right away to be sure you have received it.
If you are unable to complete a download or access any product, please contact us for assistance.
Once you purchase a digital or downloadable product and it is made available to you, you bear responsibility for completing the download and for all risk of loss after downloading or accessing the product, including any loss due to device malfunction.
Events, Classes, and Retreats
Two weeks advanced notice must be given to cancel any event for a full refund.
If, within two weeks of the event, you cannot attend, you may reschedule for the same event at a later date.
