In our busy lives, taking care of ourselves rarely takes priority. Consider a morning ritual beginning with taking your time to wash your face, drink herbal tea, contemplate your blessings, plan the day ahead, do some yoga or deep stretches, meditate, and eat a vegan breakfast; Does this sound like something you only do in a spa or on retreat? What if I told you this can easily be added to the beginning of your day and it can be done in less than an hour? To begin the day this way, it seems this will likely be a day of “being”.
A “being" day will yield a calm, stress-free body, with smile on the face. You find you are able to deal with all that comes your way, complete your to-do list, you glow, sleep well and wake up to another day of practicing “being”.
