The term “energy healing” has become a recent buzz phrase, and has become synonymous with alternative healing. On a deeper level, the concept of energy healing is describe as a system of healing that is natural and familiar to us all. Energy healing is present in each of us and is a part of our DNA. Energy directs our survival, our decisions, and our behavior. Our bodies are made of energy, and our cells and molecules are held together by energy. The earth, water, trees, and every particle is held together this way because of energy.

Last weekend was the intro to Flower Essences class here in Dana Point. Such amazing energy while connecting to the flower and plant kingdom.

We started with an introduction to the  different herbs, roots and leaves and discussed a brief history of Flower Essences, their origin, how they work on your Chakras and Meridians and how they are incorporated in energy healing.

The students mixed their own custom bottles of flower essence to fit their individual needs and we ended the class with a gratitude meditation to the flowers.

A magical day and I am truly blessed with all those who are in my life that resonate with the vibrations of the flowers. A gift from God!

Happy New Year Dragon Year: This is going to be a fast changing year! the Dragon will fire away anything in the way and bring lots of abundance and money in return. Get all your obstacles and thoughts that are self limiting or stopping your money flow and allow the fire of the dragon to burn it all away!
This Dragon year is a quick changing one. If you thought the year of the tiger was fast … in comparison this year is going to knock your socks off!
Seriously, take your socks off and fly towards your dreams and energize your projects.
This Dragon is also bringing money and abundance, so make way to receive and be grateful for the bounty.
Today marks the beginning of the Chinese New Year and also it is the new moon. So lots of gratitude and ask for what you want to receive. All the energies are aligned. Grab this opportunity.

Greetings my friends from Lake Titicaca in Peru. we are led by a local Elder, Don Jorge, from the native tribes who is teaching us about the Incas and how they did their spiritual practices and healing. like Avataar movie philosophy. So we asked him what is the significance of 11/11/11 and what should we do? this is what we he shared;

On that day all day every hour think of who you are; and love, cherish, accept and respect yourself. Release all negativity of self judgement, negative thought patterns and disrespect to yourself. Simply hold a stone with your hands, and transfer to it all the energies you do not want to hold onto or no longer serve your highest good.
Be authentic to your true self and purpose and don´t try and fit in or succumb to peer pressure. Remember that those who will always be there for you are your loved ones and family. cherish those relationships even though sometimes they may seem challenging. Keep your heart open to receive love from those you care about and who care about you. like wise, give back the love you receive. it is this presence of being true to your self, that will be the awakening of your soul. Be mindful of the words you say, what word you use will be attracted back to you. Don´t take things personally, people`s opinions, behavior and actions is not about you. it is their stuff. don´t get in their stuff. Be authentic and your unique self. Do the best you can, honor your accomplishments whatever they are. don´t try and compete and be someone you are not. Accept yourself, don´t let anyone judge you, it is their opinion, not your truth. Be aware and intouch with nature, the sun, moon, wind, fire, earth, water and connect to where you get your energy from. Your soul is in this body this lifetime. it is a short time. there is not time for suffering or drama. love every day like it is the first and last day of yourlife. appreciate it and love what you do. Imagine you are a condor, flying high in the sky, would you complain about everything you see? blame things in your life? what a waste of time. love your life. Be in the presence of self love, self respect, self acceptance and on 11/11/2011 say this to yourself every hour to reinforce that in your energy field and be blessed by the universe`s energies. There will be over 200 energy sites all over the world on that day sharing in this thought patterns. I will happen to be at lake Titicaca at that time. check them out and connect with your mind, and soul on that day with me or with wherever you feel a connection. The triangle of health reflects my philosophy and my approach to healing. The more I have worked with clients, the more I have realized it is a combination of three healing systems that yields the fastest, most effective results.
The first is an approach using the Chinese Meridian System, the second is the Indian Chakra System, and the third are the Remedies from Nature.                                      These systems complement and support each other. They are like tools that clients can use to help them achieve their desired state of health or improve a certain situation in their lives. It’s similar to a crisscrossing of an energy field and the body of a person. In the social sciences, this is called triangulation: Using more than one method with a view to double or triple-check the symptoms or the results. A scientist is more confident with a result when different methods lead to the same conclusion.

The triangle also represents the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Imagine that each point of the triangle represents one of those bodies. As we clear our negative energy, our vibrations will resonate at a higher frequency, hence connecting all our bodies to the center of the triangle. That center is the divine energy that heals us.
Working with my clients, I found this approach most effective. Most of them were not sure what core beliefs they needed to change, nor how to suddenly switch their thinking, in order to achieve a different outlook on life. It is by slowly and patiently removing obstacles to healing and implementing a few changes in lifestyle and diet that we can open the door to change. In a way, it’s like removing layers of resistance.
When that resistance is removed, it affects behavior and thinking, which leads to a change in the energy the person emits. Energy is what helps the body to heal and move on to wellness. Energy also opens the way for self-reflection and discovery. Many who choose energy healing as an approach to wellness are inspired to examine their spiritual side and wonder what life is all about. I define this as spiritual-body manifestation. Our lives and emotions can alter how we think and believe. Likewise, how we think and what we believe can alter our energy bodies.

Energy healing examines the root causes of pain and/or disease, rather than placating the symptoms. Most people, I believe, want to find the root cause of their back pain, chronic fatigue, depression, etc. They also want to know why certain diseases skip their partners or family members who are under the same roof, living the same lifestyle, and perhaps even have the same parents. What makes one person healthy and another not?
Most people wish their health was what it was in their 20’s, or that they could perform the simple activities they used to – activities like going for a walk without pain in their joints, walking up and down stairs, or simply going about their day without having their medications conflict with each other. The most common health concerns include the effects of hormone fluctuations, sleepless nights, anxiety, addictions to medications/substances, depression, and phobias, and these are often coupled with overall life questions such as:
What happened to that good health I had?
Where did this disease come from?
What happened to my dream of what my life would be like?
Why can’t I find the perfect job?
Why can’t I attract the ideal partner?
Why isn’t money flowing into my bank account?
Why can’t I live my dreams?
What would you do if life threw you a curve ball and you found yourself sitting across from your doctor who was gently breaking the news that you have cancer, AIDS, a heart malfunction, or any other life-threatening disease? At some point in our lives, most of us have some kind of “ill health brick” dropped on us, and it comes as a big shock that rocks our world. Many healers ended up on the healing path solely for that reason. They used traditional medicine, but it did not solve their health condition permanently without side effects. So they ended up using alternative healing and found it worked for them.
That’s what happened to me. I did not actually have a big “brick” drop on my head; it was more like a bunch of little pebbles of annoyance. After years of searching for real answers and root causes of my pain and fatigue through traditional medicine, I found myself studying, utilizing, and mastering the three healing modalities that I now use most often with my clients – the three modalities that together form the Triangle of Health: The Meridian System, the Chakra System, and the Flower Essences.
